Following any agreement to move forward our highly skilled factory foreman will engage with the customers to arrange a detailed site survey. Our foreman will develop the initial discussions into a fabrication stage, resolving any queries along the way, prior to commencing with manufacture.

Somerset Joinery Solutions has a highly experienced team of joiners, machinists & sprayers that can offer to manufacture a wide range of bespoke joinery products from windows and doors in listed period properties right through to modern reception desks, counters, bars and more.

Here at Somerset Joinery Solutions, we can offer to manufacture your joinery products in a range of certified Soft and hardwoods including Accoya as well as plywood, MDF & Tricoya sheet materials. All of our timber & sheet material will be sourced from sustainable sources using suppliers with all the correct accreditations such as PEFC and FSC.

Somerset Joinery Solutions also have a wide range of partners that we work closely with to offer bespoke metal fabrications, upholstery as well as Copper & Pewter bar tops.

All of our products can be supplied unfinished, primed only, or fully finished using a range of paints, stains, and lacquers to meet the needs and finish of the customer. Our specialist coating supplier can offer to tint paints and lacquers to any standard RAL or British standard colour plus they can match any paint manufacturers own colour!
